MELLOY, Circuit Judge.
Jose Soto appeals his sentence of 120 months of imprisonment for one count of conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute 500 grams or more of a mixture or substance containing a detectable amount of methamphetamine and one count of criminal forfeiture. Soto argues that he was entitled to a safety-valve reduction under 18 U.S.C. § 3553(f) and U.S.S.G § 501.2(a). We affirm.
