Albert M. Emack, employed by the Aberthaw Construction Company as the engineer in charge of a locomotive crane, received a fatal injury. The Holbrook, Cabot and Rollins Corporation, a subcontractor, on March 13, 1918, wrote to the Aberthaw company stating that it required a locomotive crane to act “as auxiliary to our derricks, also to provide motive power for getting piles from the pile yard out to the wharf.
