ORDER

CARR, Chief Judge.

This is a national race/origin/religion employment discrimination suit by a ten ured professor in the College of Business at the University of Findlay. The plaintiff, Ahmed El-Zayaty, an Arab of Egyptian birth and Islamic religion, claims that due to his background and religion the University implemented several changes in his working conditions, including:

1) removing plaintiff from a position as Director of the University’s Masters of Business Administration program;

2) not appointing him to a position as Director of International Students;
