Appeals (1) from an order of the Supreme Court (McGrath, J.), entered January 6, 2011 in Albany County, which, in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, among other *1468things, granted a motion by Utica Ambulance Service, Inc. to intervene, and (2) from a judgment of said court, entered June 24, 2011 in Albany County, which dismissed petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, to review a determination of respondent New York State Emergency Medical Services Council denying petitioner’s application for a certificate of need for its ambulance service.
