The plaintiff, Vincent J. Vastóla, as administrator of the estate of his minor son, Vincent A. Vastóla, filed this suit against the defendant, Insurance Company of North America, endeavoring to recover the sum of $11,076.06, representing damages to property and for personal injuries which he asserts were incurred by his son as the result of the negligence of the defendant’s insured, George Morris, in the operation of his motor vehicle.
