This suit was commenced by J. W. Jones against the Copeland Bros. Realty Company, a corporation, by attachment to enforce a lien created by statute on lumber for wages due hi-m- amounting to $236.55 for hauling, loading, or manufacturing timber into this lumber for the defendant. Section 8901, Code of 1923. This suit was commenced in the circuit court of Pickens county.
