This appeal presents the issue whether we have jurisdiction to review an order that summarily denied a physician’s motion for permission to prosecute a complaint against Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida, Inc., and its subsidiary, notwithstanding a permanent injunction that barred physicians from prosecuting claims released as part of the settlement of a national class action.
