Each of these cases is an appeal by the plaintiff, Gas ’N Shop, Inc., from the orders of the district court, affirming the orders of the Nebraska Liquor Control Commission denying the plaintiff’s applications for class B liquor licenses (beer, off sale only) at the plaintiff’s seven convenience stores located in Lincoln, Nebraska.
