1Per curiam
Because of events which took place on February 21, 1975, the defendant-appellee, John E. Rust, was found guilty in the district court of one count of felony murder and three counts of shooting with intent to kill, wound, or maim. He was thereafter, on October 30, 1975, sentenced to death on the murder conviction and to imprisonment for concurrent periods of not less than 16½ nor more than 50 years on each of the shooting convictions.
