—Judgment, Supreme Court, Bronx County (Frank Torres, J.), rendered October 11, 1995, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of criminal possession of a weapon in the third and fourth degrees, and sentencing him, as a second felony offender, to concurrent prison terms of 2 to 4 years and 1 year, respectively, unanimously modified, on the law, to the extent of vacating the conviction for criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree, and dismissing that count of the indictment, and otherwise affirmed.
