Shared Communications Services of 1800-80 JFK Boulevard, Inc. (SCS) commenced the instant action against Bell Atlantic Properties, Inc. (BAP), Metropolitan Life Insurance Company (MET LIFE), 1800 JFK Joint Venture, 1880 JFK Joint Venture, Bell Atlantic-Pennsylvania (Bell PA), Bell Atlantic Corporation (BAC), and Eastern Telelogic Corp. in 1990.1 SCS sought damages against the defendants for, inter alia, breach of contract, and tortious interference with contractual relations.
