In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the plaintiffs appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Lane, J.), dated January 13, 2014, which denied their motion for summary judgment on the issue of liability.

Ordered that the order is modified, on the law, by deleting the provision thereof denying that branch of the plaintiffs’ motion which was for summary judgment on the issue of liability in favor of the plaintiff Minwoo Lee, and substituting therefor a provision granting that branch of the motion; as so modified, the order is affirmed, without costs or…
