RICH, Judge.

This appeal is from the decision of the Patent Office Board of Appeals affirming the rejection of all claims, 1-10, of application serial No. 144,219, filed October 10, 1961, entitled “Preparation of Unsaturated Chlorohydrocarbons.”

The Invention

Appellants’ invention is a method of preparing unsaturated chlorohydrocar-bons containing two carbon atoms, e. g., vinyl chloride, trichloroethylene, and tetrachloroethylene.
