This matter came before the Court on stipulated facts and exhibits as set forth in the pretrial order. The parties further agreed to present their legal arguments by briefs. Prior to the submission of the briefs, the parties entered into a consent order which found that the debtor’s federal income tax liabilities for 1973, 1976, 1977, 1978, 1979, 1980, 1981, 1982 and 1983 are dischargeable pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 727 and are not excepted from discharge pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523.
