This is a prosecution brought in Brattleboro Municipal Court for the sale of maple syrup in violation of V. S. 47, §7381. The case is here on the State’s exception to the granting of the respondent’s motion for a directed verdict of not guilty at the close of the State’s case. Judgment was stayed.
