This is an appeal from the Montgomery Superior Court regarding the distribution of savings plan benefits accumulated by Larry L. Thompson ("Thompson"), who is now deceased. Thompson's children and the Larry L. Thompson Revocable Trust appeal the trial court's order of partial summary judgment concluding that Thompson's spouse, Deanna Stull ("Stull"), did not properly consent to a beneficiary designation as required under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act ("ERISA").
