Fraiman, J.), entered November 12, 1982 denying appellant’s motion to dismiss the complaint pursuant to CPLR 3211 (subd [a], pars 2, 7) on the grounds of unclean hands, forum non conveniens, and nonjusticiability under the “political question” doctrine (lack of subject matter jurisdiction), reversed, on the law and the facts and in the exercise of discretion and the complaint is dismissed, without costs.
