The appellant, the Chicago, Milwaukee and St. Paul Railway Company, charges the Poehlmann Bros. Company, a corporation owning and operating two greenhouses at Morton Grove, a village about three miles from the corporate limits of Chicago, forty cents a ton on car-load shipments of coal and forty cents a ton on car-load shipments of manure from Galewood to Morton Grove, a distance of eleven and a half miles.
