Plaintiff’s action is brought to recover damages alleged to have been caused by the wrongful death of her decedent while a passenger in defendant’s automobile at about 12:30 a.m. on the night of December 15, 1963. Although the title to the car was in his father’s name, Ave shall designate only the driver Bonald Christensen here as defendant.
