This, appeal stems from an application made to the Arkansas Public Service Commission by Batesville Truck Lines, Inc. (hereinafter called appellee) for a certificate of public convenience and necessity as a common carrier of general commodities from Little Bock to Batesville, and return. The Commission refused the application; the Circuit Court reversed the decision of the Commission; and the case is here on appeal from the Circuit Court judgment.
