[¶ 1] Neree Simoneau appeals from the judgment entered in the Superior Court (Franklin County, Delahanty, J.) affirming the judgment of the District Court (Farming-ton, Sheldon, J.) granting Neree and Sabra a divorce, dividing their property, and awarding Sabra alimony. On appeal, Neree contends that the court erred in considering Neree and Sabra’s period of premarital cohabitation to determine them marital assets. We agree and vacate the judgment.
