MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
CASTILLO, District Judge.
Plaintiff Marilu Chavez (“Chavez”) brought this action against Chicago police officer Richard Guerrero (“Guerrero”), the City of Chicago (“the City”), and certain unnamed defendants from the Chicago Police Department (“CPD”). Defendant Guerrero has filed a motion to dismiss the claims raised against him. For the reasons set forth below, Guerrero’s motion is granted in part and denied in part.
