This is a contract dispute between Coastal Mart, Inc., Coastal Market, Ltd. d/b/a Maverick Markets (collectively “Coastal”) and Southwestern Bell Telephone Company (“SWBT”). Underlying this dispute are wrongful death and survival actions filed against Coastal and SWBT by Guadalupe Ordonez and Maria Esparza for damages arising from the death of their daughter, Blanche Esparza.
