Plaintiffs, original purchasers and current owners of units in a condominium conversion project of an apartment building complex called “Westbrook West,” filed a four-count complaint asserting various claims for damages arising from leaking roofs and other structural defects in the common elements of the project. Among the named defendants were Astor Investors, Inc., the developer, and Marshall Abraham, Larry Abraham and Howard Abraham, officers and directors of the defendant corporation.
