OPINION OF THE COURT

2Per curiam

Respondent, Herbert B. Derman, was admitted to practice *111law in the State of New York by the Second Judicial Department on December 21, 1955. At all times relevant to this proceeding, he maintained an office to practice law in the First Judicial Department.

On July 29, 1998, after a jury trial in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, respondent was found guilty, inter alia, of conspiracy to manufacture, distribute and possess with intent to manufacture and distribute marihuana in violation of 21 USC § 846.
