The appellant and plaintiff below, Wilma E. Vargo, Executrix of the Estate of Martha J. Fomari, appeals the October 30, 1998 order of the Circuit Court of Brooke County denying the appellant’s motion for a new trial on the issue of damages.1 After careful eon-*418sideration of the issue, we affirm the judgment of the circuit court.
