Owens 1 appeal from an order dismissing their claim that Mr. English was discharged from his union without proper procedural protections, in violation of section 101(a)(5) of the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act (LMRDA), 29 U.S.C. § 411(a)(5).
