In an action for a divorce and ancillary relief, the defendant appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Zimmerman, J.), entered May 1, 2013, which, upon a decision of the same court (Gartenstein, J.H.O.), dated December 20, 2011, made after a nonjury trial, inter alla, granted the plaintiff a divorce on the ground of abandonment, equitably distributed certain marital property, awarded the plaintiff weekly nondurational maintenance in the sum of $300, and directed him to pay weekly child support in the sum of $928.46.
