Ilsley, District Judge.

This is an action in ejectment brought by the plaintiffs and appellants against the defendants and respondents claiming fee title and the right to possession of certain mining property described in the petition, by reason of a judicial sale held October 15, 1932. We refer to the parties herein in the same manner as set forth in the pleadings in the trial court. The defendant by his answer entered a general denial, admitting, however, that as receiver he was and is in possession.
