Defendant was charged by information with one count of rape, in violation of Penal Code section 261, subdivision 4; one count of robbery, in violation of Penal Code section 211; and two counts of burglary, in violation of Penal Code section 459. Defendant pleaded not guilty. After a jury trial, defendant was found guilty as charged on all four counts of the information. The trial court reduced the bur glary charge in count IV to burglary in the second degree. Defendant’s motion for a new trial was denied.
