The charge in the petition is that the defendants below had, in Kenton, during three years *91next preceding November 15-, 1873, continuously sold to Frederick Myers intoxicating liquors,, thereby causing him frequently to become intoxicated, whereby the plaintiff below was injured in her means of support.
