*1036In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., the plaintiff appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Price, J.), entered May 23, 2005, which, upon a jury verdict on the issue of damages, and upon an order of the same court entered April 18, 2005, denying her motion pursuant to CPLR 4404 to set aside the verdict, is in favor of her and against the defendant in the total sum of only $23,526.37.
Ordered that the judgment is reversed, on the law and the facts, with costs, and the matter is remitted to the Supreme Court, Queens County, for a new trial on the issue…
