Jose Padro-Guerrero appeals from the order summarily denying his motion for postconviction relief filed pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850. In 2011, Padro-Guerrero was found guilty of trafficking in twenty-eight grams or more of methamphetamine. This Court affirmed his conviction on direct appeal. Pa-dro-Guerrero subsequently filed a timely *671motion for postconviction relief pursuant to rule 3.850.
