BRIGHT, Circuit Judge.

Lamar Alexander appeals the order of the district court affirming the final determination of the Social Security Administration denying him disability insurance benefits under provisions of Title II of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 401 et seq. 1 The record in this case discloses that Alexander lost a portion of his right leg in an industrial accident on August 11, 1971, and filed an application for disability insurance benefits on October 23, 1973. 2 The Social Security Administration considered, reconsidered, and finally denied his application on March 13, 1974.…
