Each of the defendants was charged, inter alia, with violation of Vehicle and Traffic Law § 1192 (2), driving with blood alcohol content of .10% or more, and § 1192 (3), driving while intoxicated. Based upon the accusatory instruments, supporting depositions and verified bills of particulars, each defendant’s driver’s license was suspended at arraignment pending prosecution in accordance with Vehicle and Traffic Law § 1193 (2) (e) (7).
