OPINION

ELSA ALCALA, Justice.

Appellant, Gaynette Marie Washington, pleaded not guilty to the misdemeanor offense of false report to a peace officer. A jury found appellant guilty, and the trial court assessed punishment at 45 days’ confinement in the Harris County Jail. In her first point of error, appellant contends that the court reporter’s failure to record the voir dire proceedings was reversible error.
