KELLY, Presiding Judge.

In this appeal from a conviction of Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance (Amphetamine) in violation of § 195.017 RSMo. 1969 and sentence of 12 years in the custody of the Missouri Department of Corrections, appellant, John Joseph Petrik, contends that he is entitled to have the judgment set aside and a new trial ordered because the trial court committed prejudicial error in three respects.
