Before the Court is Debtor’s Motion for Continuance of the Stay Beyond 30-Day Period (the “Motion”) and the Objection of ABN Ambro Mortgage Group. Inc. (“ABN”) and the Chapter 13 trustee (the “Trustee”) thereto. 1 The focus of this bankruptcy case is certain residential real estate located at 425 W. Abbotsford Avenue, Philadelphia, PA (the “Property”) which Debtor lost as a result of a sheriffs sale conducted on November 1, 2005 and now seeks to recover.
