James Donald Johnson appeals from his convictions for possession of marijuana in the first degree and for possession of drug paraphernalia. Johnson apparently pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana, but reserved the right to appeal the trial court's denial of his motion to suppress the contraband discovered in his automobile. He was sentenced to two years in prison and was fined $1000 on his conviction for possession of marijuana in the first degree.
