Appeal from an order of the Family Court of Saratoga County (Hall, J.), entered December 10, 2007, which partially granted petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to Family Ct Act article 6, to modify prior orders of custody.
Petitioner (hereinafter the mother), who resides in Alabama, and respondent (hereinafter the father), who resides in the Village of Ballston Spa, Saratoga County, are the parents of a son born in 1993.
