Richard Varner Jr., Kathleen Varner, Richard. Varner Sr., and Louise Varner (collectively referred to as “the Varners”) sued Peterson Farms (“Peterson Farms”), Decatur State Bank (“Decatur Bank”), and Terrel L. Shields alleging claims for fraud, civil conspiracy, unjust enrichment, and violations of the Sherman Antitrust Act and the Packers and Stockyard Act.
