The appellant filed a bill in the Circuit Court of Duval County against H. E. Renfroe, Minnie *155Renfroe, his wife, and the Riverside Company, a corporation, alleging in substance that on to-wit, the 1st of January, 1907, the Riverside Company owned or claimed to be seized and possessed of a certain described lot of land situated in the City of Jacksonville, Duval County, and on that date entered into a certain agreement and lease in regard to said land with appellant, which was duly recorded on the 16th of March, 1907, a copy of which lease is made a part of the bill; that by the terms of said…
