ORDER GRANTING TRUSTEE’S MOTION FOR TURNOVER OF PROPERTY
GREGORY F. KISHEL, Bankruptcy Judge.
This Chapter 7 case came on before the Court on February 5, 1990, for hearing on the Trustee’s motion for turnover of certain assets. Trustee Michael J. Iannacone appeared on behalf of the bankruptcy estate. Debtor appeared personally and by her attorney, George H. Smith.
