This case involves a workmen’s compensation appeal from the judgment of the district court affirming the order of the workmen’s compensation director in favor of the claimant-appellee.

The deceased was employed by Air Capitol Escort Service in Wichita, Kansas, as a motorcycle escort rider. Appellant Broadway Mortuary (hereinafter appellant) had contracted with one of its customers for a funeral on November 5, 1976.
