This is an article 78 proceeding brought by the petitioner consisting of two unincorporated associations of homeowners as well as four individual homeowners *867residing on the shores or in the vicinity of Lake Mohegan in the Town of Yorktown to set aside and vacate the determination of the Town Board of the Town of Yorktown (Resolution No, 203) dated May 2, 1972, approving the site plan submitted by the intervenor, Chalet Homes, for the construction of 168 apartment units on Lake Mohegan.
