Richard Maul brought this suit pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 against Dr. Evan Con-stan, a psychiatrist at Indiana’s Westville Correctional Center, Anthony Metzcus, director of administrative services at West-ville, and Richard Gore, supervisor of the psychiatric care unit at Westville. Mr. Maul alleged that while he was incarcerated at Westville psychotropic medication was forcibly administered to him in violation of his first, eighth, and fourteenth amendment rights.
