McMURRAY, Presiding Judge.

Defendant was tried before a jury and found guilty of two counts of aggravated assault by shooting a pistol in the direction of Paul Harris and by shooting Johnny Brown (“the victims”), armed robbery, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. The jury found defendant not guilty of two counts of aggravated assault by ramming the victims’ vehicle with a car.
