This is an action by an honorably discharged veteran to recover the salary which he claims has accrued since his involuntary separation from his position of Heavy Duty Equipment Mechanic, WB-11, at the former New York Naval Shipyard, Brooklyn, New York. The case is before us on cross-motions for summary judgment. There is no material issue of fact.
