Reversing in part and affirming in part.

This is an appeal from a judgment of the Christion circuit court sustaining exceptions to the claim of Jitney-Jungle, Inc., of Jackson, Miss., amounting to $2,156.71, which was filed in a proceeding for the settlement of the affairs of an insolvent corporation and the distribution cf its assets among its creditors.
