This is an application for a writ of habeas corpus filed herein on the 22nd day of July, 1903, by one Lai Ghee Iling on belmlf of a Chinese woman, on© Lung’ Hung. The perdition alleges that the woman is illegally confined and restrained <of her liberty by one.
